From talent recruitment to training; academic accreditation; community services; through to philanthropic support from non-profit partners in one holistic, integrated ecosystem.
We work with the nation's leading organizations focused on academic preparedness and workforce readiness for talent in under-served communities. Our partners include Honors Pathway, Year Up, and Genesys Works. For project-ready talent in cybersecurity we've partnered with Merritt College Cybersecurity Program.
At our initial launch site in Oakland, CA, in addition to Merritt College, we've partnered with Mills College, rated one of the best regional colleges in the US. The partnership includes facilities colocation, academic accreditation of our training, and pathways to further education. This model is replicable at hundreds of colleges across the country.
From local mayors and city councils, to regional governmental associations, and state leadership, we have garnered the support of key leaders. These partnerships provide both economic contribution to ConSol's business as well as targeted support services for our employees and the communities in which we operate.
To support our employees, we have partnered nationally with Global Leadership Forum, a single portal through which foundations and philanthropic organizations can support our target population in areas like curriculum development, continued education, professional development, housing and coaching.
We have built a pipeline of customers from major corporations including leading, global healthcare and technology companies, like Apple, DocuSign, Blue Shield California, and Centene Corporation, often with C-level and board level support.
